Grading of raw material used in briquette machine

The raw material used in the production of briquette machine is numerous, including the rice husk, peanut shell, cotton straw, soybean straw, sesame stalk, corn stalk, corncob cellulose in the countryside; sawdust, wood shavings and leftover materials of bamboo of furniture factory and wood factory; dust particles and leftover materials of three-ply board factory and wood factory; bagasse of sugar mill, etc. Then, which is the optimal material for the production of charcoal and which material is poor for producing charcoal? When grading the charcoal produced by briquette machine, we need to check the brightness, hardness and the amount of powder.

raw material used in briquette machine production

1. Material of the first grade. It refers to the leftover material that did not fall to the ground. Some of them are degraded materials and rubber materials. The materials are not used and the quality are good. These materials are produced in the process of processing new materials, often the rest of the small corner or the raw material with poor quality. Briquette and charcoal produced with these materials have good transparency and the quality of them are comparable  with the new material. Thus, these materials can be seen as the primary or special material.
2. Material of the second grade. The secondary material refers to the raw materials that have been used once, except for high-pressure granulation. Most materials used in the high-pressure granulation are imported large material. The quality of industrial films without being exposed to the weather is good as well. Briquette produced also has good transparency. Then, the quality of briquette should be judged according to the brightness and the surface of briquette.
3. Material of the third grade. It refers to the raw material that has been used twice or many times. The flexibility, toughness and other aspects of briquette produced by these materials are not very good. Thus, they can only be used for injection molding.

There are strict requirements on the humidity of raw material. In the operation process of the crusher, the humidity of the raw material should be below 40%. While in the production of briquette machine, the humidity of material should be 6% to 12% to guarantee the quality of the charcoal. Also, the carbon rate of good raw material is also higher. When taking sawdust, peanut shell, rice husk, corn stalks, corn cobs, wine residue, bagasse wastes as raw materials, generally 2.5 tons of materials can be made into one ton of finished products. If judging from the humidity of raw material, then make a ton of finished charcoal will need about 5 tons of raw material if the humidity is about 40%-50%. While if the humidity is less than 40%, may be roughly 3 tons of material can be made into a ton of finished product of charcoal. About two tons of materials after processing through the dryer will be able to make a ton of charcoal. Thus, it shows that the drier the raw material, the higher the output.
