What's the production process of briquette machine?

Briquettes machine is the equipment that takes agricultural and forest wastes, such as sawdust, wood shavings, bamboo chips, tree bark, straw and rice husks as raw materials to make charcoal for barbecue or heating through the four steps of crushing, drying, briquetting and carbonizing.


 
The first process: crushing.
The raw material with irregular shape and size is put into the wood crusher and crushed into wood chips of about 3mm with uniform fineness.
The second process: drying.
Dryers are used to dry raw materials with moisture content exceeds the standard or moisture distribution is uneven until the moisture content reaches between 6% and 12%.
The third process: briquetting.
After crushing and drying the raw materials, the sawdust briquette machine is used to make the material into a hollow semi-finished briquette through high temperature and high pressure. The size of the briquette is 5cm in diameter, about 40-50cm in length.
The fourth process: carbonization.
Put the semi-finished briquettes neatly in the carbonizing furnace, close all the air inlet, ignite it with the furnace. Control the oxygen intake in the combustion process. Add water appropriately to extinguish the fire to complete the carbonizing process. During the carbonization process, black smoke is cooled and purified by the condenser and liquefied into a mixture of wood tar, wood vinegar and water.
The four processes are conducted by four main machines, and there are also feeding and discharging auxiliary machines: screw conveyor, plate conveyor, screw distributor and other auxiliary equipment that can save labor and improve the production efficiency of briquette machine.
