To meet the increasing demand for biomass briquette fuel in current market, a customer of briquette machine in Hebei ordered another two straw briquette machines once again after purchasing of a ZBJ-CY type straw briquette machine. In November 7th, the company arranged technical personnel to carry out on-site installation and commissioning for the customer with quality of performance and attentive service, which laid a solid foundation for the business of the customer. The three sets of straw briquette machine compose a production line with the output of 3 tons per hour. At present, the production line of straw briquettemachine has been assembled.
Introduction of biomass briquette machine:
Biomass briquette machine is a special equipment for briquetting biomass raw materials like corn straws, branches, grass and other stem materials into briquettes. Before briquetting stem biomass, the hay cutter or rubbing machine should be used first to crush raw materials into 20 ~ 50mm in length and medium moisture content of materials, which would be sent into the straw feed machine for processing through the feeding conveyer. The cross-sectional area of briquettes is 32 x 32mm with different length and density of 0.6~0.9g/cubic centimeter, which is convenient for transportation and preservation.
The straw briquettes produced overcome the weakness of light weight, large volume, easy to be affected by external conditions of the straw itself and meet the requirements of commercialization. Corn and bean straw are generally used to make feed, which is called the "compressed biscuits" for ruminants. The straw briquettes can also be used as fuel with more briquetting materials. When briquetting feed, we should pay attention that the raw materials can not mildew and remove the dust in sandy areas. Dry the briquettes to make the moisture reduced to less than 15%. Fuel briquetting is relatively easy, for there is no need to consider the mildew and dust removing.
