Would the production of sawdust briquette machine affected by the season?

The sawdust briquette machine produced by our company has the features of fast heating and energy saving, and the charcoal produced has high density, good molding and long burning time. It has higher calorific value than traditional charcoal, less ash, easy to pack without pollution. In the production of sawdust briquette machine, wood crusher machine can be used if the raw material is too large. If the  moisture content of raw material is higher, it should also be equipped with a dryer. First, crush the raw material to be less than 10mm, then dry the material to make the moisture content less than 12%. After drying, materials would be processed in the briquette machine by high temperature and high pressure to make it into briquettes (without add any additives). Then, the briquettes are carbonized  in the carbonizing furnace to make charcoal.
 
The production yield of sawdust briquette machine various with different types of raw materials. The content of wood fiber in the raw material has a positive effect on the yield of charcoal. Although lower carbonization temperature can get a higher yield, the charcoal produced has low quality and corrosive, containing acid tar material that it can not be burned in a smokeless way. Solid carbon content of high quality commercial use charcoal should be higher than 80%, it requires the carbonization temperature to be above 500℃. However, with the increase of carbonization temperature, charcoal fragility would  increase as well, and it is found in the process of production that when the carbonization temperature is between 550℃- 650℃, the fragility and solid carbon content of charcoal can achieve an ideal balance.
 
The charcoal produced by sawdust briquette machine is a kind of waste renewable energy fuel. Its heat output is higher than the charcoal made of the same raw material. It is smokeless, tasteless, non-toxic, clean and sanitary when burning, thus it can be widely used for household heating, barbecue, etc. It can also be used as chemical raw materials for deep processing of activated carbon, silicon carbide, etc.
